New Era Performance branded products carry a limited lifetime warranty on craftsmanship unless otherwise specified. Warranty claims on all other products should be directed to the original manufacturer of that product.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be unopened, uninstalled and in original packaging. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Prior authorization required for all returns.
